Organisational commissioning

If you’re an organisation commissioning my individual support services, the cost is different from individual bookings. This is because it usually takes more time and labour to agree scope, draft contracts or statements of work, manage procurement processes, and account for the risk of longer payment schedules. Organisations may also prefer to buy support in different ways, like paying up front for a set number of support calls that staff can use when needed, or purchase supervision packages for several staff members at once.

Book an introductory call with me to see how I can help. As well as talking through your specific needs, I’ll also ask about:

  • your procurement process, including supplier platforms, paperwork, and approval timeframes
  • your payment terms and timescales, especially if these are 30 days or longer
  • a named contact who will keep communication open with me and agree terms and scope
  • a clear description of what you need to know about how I work and the services I provide.
