Individual support

If you want time with someone to plan something, work through something, or just say the thing out loud, I offer individual support with phone calls, video calls, email exchange, or through the post. 

I can help you:

  • organise your thoughts and ideas
  • with reflection or journalling prompts
  • talk through tension or conflict
  • have space to just be angry
  • get validation, companionship, and support
  • by giving feedback on a research plan, workshop design, or meeting structure.

I have a steady job at the moment so I am offering individual support for skills and knowledge exchange or barter. Email me to talk more!
